Dr.Adib Rizvi, Kidney specialist called for all Muslims to refrain from drinking soft drinks, especially the cold in this coming month of Ramadan. He said after fasting all day, the kidneys will drought, and will stop by drinking this cold water. All soft drinks such as 100plus, Coke (Coca colla, Pepsi, Fanta, Miranda, 7up, Sprite, etc. should be avoided completely.It is better to drink fresh fruit juice.

Dr. Adib Rizvi, specialis Ginjal menghimbau agar semua Muslim menahan diri dari minum soft drink, terutama yg dingin dlm bulan Ramadan akan datang ini. Kata beliau setelah berpuasa sepanjang hari, ginjal akan kekeringan, dan akan berhenti dengan meminum air dingin ini. Semua minuman soft drink seperti 100 plus, Coke (coca colla, Pepsi, Fanta, Miranda, 7up, Sprite, dll hendaklah dielakkan sepenuhnya. Lebih baik minum jus buah-buahan segar.

● During meal, try to limit your tea and coffee intake. The reason, two intake TSB make metabolism run fast. So that quickly bring thirst though not dehydrated.

● Saat sahur usahakan untuk membatasi asupan teh dan kopi. Pasalnya, dua asupan tsb membuat metabolisme berjalan cepat. Sehingga cepat mendatangkan rasa haus meski tak terdehidrasi.

● It is advisable to eat foods that are slow to digest and have high fiber. For example wheat, grains, beans, grains, brown rice.

● Sangat dianjurkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan yang lambat dicerna dan memiliki serat yang tinggi. Contohnya gandum, padi-padian, kacang-kacangan, biji-bijian, nasi merah.

● When breaking the fast is recommended to consume dates as they contain fiber sugars, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium. With dates, the nutritional needs of the body lost during fasting are slowly fulfilled.

● Saat berbuka puasa dianjurkan untuk mengonsumsi kurma karena mengandung gula serat, karbohidrat, kalium dan magnesium. Dengan kurma, kebutuhan nutrisi tubuh yang hilang selama puasa perlahan dipenuhi.

● Mengonsumsi pisang saat berbuka sangat baik bagi tubuh Anda, sebab pisang merupakan sumber kalium, magnesium dan karbohidrat.

● Limit fried foods when breaking fast, because it can increase fat cells in the body. This is because an elderly person is likely to have complaints of fat-induced illness, such as heart disease, coronary cc and hypertension.

● Batasi makanan yang digoreng saat berbuka, karena dapat meningkatkan sel-sel lemak dalam tubuh. Hal ini karena seorang yang sudah di usia lanjut cenderung memiliki keluhan penyakit yang disebabkan lemak, seperti penyakit jantung, cc koroner dan hipertensi.

● Limit more quickly digested foods, such as sugar. This can quickly bring a sense of thirst in the middle of you undergoing fasting later.

● Batasi makanan yang lebih cepat dicerna, seperti gula. Hal ini bisa cepat mendatangkan rasa haus ditengah Anda menjalani puasa nantinya.

● Consumption of water or fruit juice between breaking the fast and before bedtime. It aims to provide fluid needs in the body for you to smoothly move the next day.

● Konsumsi air atau jus buah antara berbuka puasa dan sebelum tidur. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan kebutuhan cairan dalam tubuh untuk Anda lancar beraktivitas esok harinya.

● Avoid too much ice food, as it allows you to be full. Where the intake of complete nutritional food will decrease because it can not enter the body.

● Hindari terlalu banyak makanan es, karena memudahkan Anda kenyang. Dimana asupan makanan gizi yang lengkap akan menurun karena tak bisa masuk dalam tubuh.
