Hello dear friends of steemit today I will talk about something very personal with you since I was 19 years old I was diagnosed with psoriasis. For those who do not know this, it is a skin disease, it is not contagious and which causes the skin to swell and peel, in addition to this, it can produce itching and an anti-aesthetic effect, when they gave me that diagnosis I felt sadness, anger and impotence.
This disease cannot be cured but it can be controlled with certain medications and having a lifestyle without stress or anxiety

So I have tried trying to relax and think positive thoughts to avoid stress. But this has not been enough.
Currently I live in a country where most of the time it is winter so the lack of sun also aggravates the disease since the sun provides us with vitamin D which is good for the skin.
On sunny days I try to expose myself to the sun and this when seeing that my skin has not improved I have gone to many dermatologists I have had ups and downs, it is proven that the lack of sun generates depression and in my case the increase of these lesions.
For my fortune I am not advanced I am not so noticeable but I know that it is there and that affects my self-esteem. I will continue working to improve and to feel good inside and out.
