Wow what a unique time to wake up.
For your ebook first you may want to consider who your target audience are and where you can find them.

Due to what your ebook is about I will honestly suggest running some Facebook ads.
Also you can consider hosting it on Amazon.
It may require you to convert it to a Kindle Pub (ebook) though.

Amazon tend to do mini marketing for publishers (I guess)
