See through several learning experiences in different countries, there are some proposals and ideas offered to those responsible for educational affairs, headed by Mr. HE Minister of Education Esquire can contribute to the development of education in Iraq, and certainly the development of education is in the best economic and societal growth of the interest, as happened in the experiences of some States; the most important ideas and proposals are:

1. The restructuring of the basic education system in Iraq commensurate with the changes that occur in the world; because learning and education process is not a process characterized by inertia, but it is dynamic variable is characterized by flexible client; Changing the Iraqi regime from (3,3,6) to (4, 4.4) is not a magic solution to the problems of education in Iraq, but that giving autonomy to the directorates of education will contribute greatly to the creation of competition between the general directorates of education and schools. As well as the construction of a new supervisory system is based on the spirit of creativity, and work on the separation of always double and triple, and increase the number of working hours of 4 hours a day to 6 hours a day at least.

2. Re teachers, principals and rehabilitation training, that training programs in Iraqi universities are under the supervision of professors incompetent. And it should send delegations of teachers training in South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Finland instead of sending them to Egypt, Lebanon and other countries that do not benefit from them. It is essential that teachers preparatory stage of a campaign master at least a certificate instead of a bachelor; and so the importance of this stage.
