I love the world. So much to see, so much to do. Amazing cultures, amazing people. When I see what things people have invented and overcome it is truly an incredible tale. With all the amazingly great things in the world, there are also some really scary and bad things going on. War, poverty, crime, etc. I try to have an open mind because my point of view has evolved from the life I have and what way I grew up. What I think is right and wrong may differ from another person view. That is not a bad thing different point of views make us interesting.
YOU ARE UNIQUE AND SPECIAL.
It is easy to get depressed and upset especially when things are not going well. You can get into a way of thinking that just spirals down and down making you feel worse and worse. When this happens (and it happens to all of us) Stop and take a minute to think about how special and unique you are. We all have good and bad in us. No body is perfect. No one does a great job 100% of the time. Remember tomorrow is the start of a new day and every 24 hours you can start again fresh and try again.
MAKE SOMEONE SMILE
Try to be nice to someone, do something that makes someone else smile. Let a friend or family member know you are thinking about them. There are millions of things each of us can do to make someone happy. I have seen many unhappy people try to make other people unhappy (this makes them feel better) On the other hand making someone happy can do the same for you. Make someone smile and you will smile too :)
Tomorrow is another day, try to do something to make someone smile. One smile at a time can really spread and brighten the world up. LOVE IS POWERFUL AND CAN OVERCOME JUST ABOUT ANYTHING!

I really try to get in the head of people that think different sometimes to see their point of view but somethings are just wrong no matter how you look at it and other things are good no matter how you look at it. If we all try a little to do more good it helps the whole world. One person at a time can make a difference.

That is so true. When you live in one place and work all the time you get stuck in your one little spot in the world. Now with technology we can see and communicate with all parts of the world and when the world opens up you can see really amazing things
