When the unexpected happens!

Today, I don't have to go for my IT training since I have to work in the school where I'm presently working as a part-time teacher. On getting to the school premises , I saw the proprietress already at the Assembly ground addressing the students. It is unusual of her to do that, instead she would prefer to relate whatever she had for the students to the principal of the school. So I knew something is about to happen. What could be her reason for coming to school early today? Though, I don't have problem with her since she already knows that I'm a part time teacher who comes whenever he is having class and not mandatory for me to be at the Assembly Ground.

Before the school due date for resumption, now we are in forth weeks, teachers were told to resume, one week earlier before the pupils, why? You might want to ask. honestly to a lay man it would be to talk about how the school could grow, but to us teacher we already know that the school management wants to know those that are resuming with them or letting us know about whatever the new development might be.

The school proprietress ( popularly called big mummy) had held a meeting with all teachers and gave us the news of our life, saying all teachers are to start writing lesson notes aside from the lesson plan we have been writing. Well, that didn't sound strange to me anyway, because I'm already used to writing a lesson note and well as lesson plan.

This is private institution for goodness shake, they won't be talking about incentive all they care about is using us, as many had lamented.

Imagine the shock on our faces, lesson note means more work. Some voiced their concern about the lesson note while others pleaded for it to be scrapped. I listened to their opinions concerning the lesson note and at the same time was thinking of how to start writing it.
In the end, we all got to write the lesson note because the superior voice prevailed.

Now, it downed on me that she came to check on the teachers and see if we have done what she already commanded us.

Lesson: Sometimes we tend to see to more work as a danger zone that will wear us out.
We have refused to see the hidden reward in WORK.

Work brings out potential.

Work to see what you can do not what you can earn. I do believe in what we can do for the masses. I support this saying that one's work will surely determine one's faith.
