UN Approves Resolution on the Humanitarian Crisis in Venezuela and 7 Countries Demand the Current Country Regime before the ICC (English/Spanish)

What should have been declared some time ago was done on September 27, 2018, the serious crisis suffered by Venezuela and the large number of reports that were prepared by the OAS and some NGOs became evident, in addition to the large number of complaints about human rights violations that are committed in Venezuela of which the Maduro regime has been accused.

The majority of the population in Venezuela is extremely annoyed with the lies and abuses that are part of the current regime, any international visit that has its presence for at least 15 days at least in the country, will be able to verify the serious situation in various issues such as health, food, insecurity, the electricity system and many other factors.

To see so many people die from the negligence and irresponsibility of a government with a profile that inclines it absolutely towards fallacy and criminality is totally condemnable and the international pressure that has been exerted is bearing fruit, because no one can use power to destroy even one country and even less to implant a political ideology with which the majority does not agree, where the objective is to curtail freedoms to satisfy the pockets and whims of the corrupt.

In addition, 7 countries denounced the current regime in Venezuela before the International Criminal Court in a resounding rejection of human rights abuses and violations in Venezuela.

"The leaders of these six countries have today taken a historic and unprecedented step in the history of our America, generating a fundamental milestone for the sake of justice, accountability, non-repetition and reparation to the victims of the Venezuelan dictatorship," said Luis Almagro, secretary general of the Organization of American States, in a statement.

This denunciation is an unpublished case, very unusual. The court has never opened a case referred by one government against another; for decades Latin American governments have adhered to a principle of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of neighboring nations. However, several countries now consider that Venezuela's economic disaster has become a regional threat. The wave of migrants has also resulted in rising crime rates, and has hit the health and education systems of other countries.

"This is a significant and historic event," said Fernando Cutz, a former senior White House official who worked on Latin American policy issues during the administrations of Barack Obama and Donald Trump. "Ten years ago it would have been impossible to think of the region turning its back on one of its own.

Personally, I believe that the healthiest thing for Venezuela is to name a balanced NEC where the current regime cannot exercise manipulation, to hold extraordinary elections supervised by the UN and the OAS where Venezuela decides for the most part even those who are outside the country, whether they want Maduro to continue or decline, the last elections have been very turbid and the current regime has abused its power by manipulating who participates and who does not in the elections, adjusting them to their measure in a fraudulent way, that is why all these irregularities, the population of the country is disenchanted, in addition to the terrible economic situation and high rates of insecurity.

In addition, human rights violations have been repetitive, including an increase in police abuses and extrajudicial executions at the hands of the regime's bodies in Venezuela.

People in Venezuela want to live in a country where they can have a government that they can trust and that restores peace and tranquility to all the people in the country.

This 20-year-old regime has not brought benefits to the country. On the contrary, the degradation that Venezuela is living and experiencing is regrettable, where like a voracious disease it has touched all the instances of the country.

That is why it is incredible the people who continue to fight the battle in Venezuela and who wish with all their strength and ask God to promulgate a change that makes Venezuelans free of all the anarchy that is lived.

ONU Aprueba Resolución sobre Crisis Humanitaria en Venezuela y 7 Países Demandan al Régimen Actual del País ante la CPI

Lo que debió declararse hace algún tiempo se hizo el 27 de septiembre de este 2018, la grave crisis que sufre Venezuela y la gran cantidad de informes que fueron elaborados por la OEA y algunas ONG se hicieron evidentes, además de la gran cantidad de denuncias sobre violaciones a los derechos humanos que se cometen en Venezuela de las que ha sido acusado el régimen de Maduro.

La mayoría de la población en Venezuela está sumamente molesta con las mentiras y abusos que son parte del régimen de turno, cualquier visita internacional que pose su presencia por al menos 15 días como mínimo en el país, podrá constatar la grave situación que se vive en diversos temas como el de la salud, la alimentación, la inseguridad, el sistema eléctrico y muchísimos otros factores.

Ver a tanta gente morir por la negligencia e irresponsabilidad de un gobierno con un perfil que lo inclina absolutamente hacia la falacia y criminalidad es totalmente condenable y la presión internacional que se ha ejercido está dando sus frutos, porque nadie puede usar el poder para destruir a aun país y menos para implantar una ideología política con la cual la mayoría no está de acuerdo, donde el objetivo es cercenar las libertades para satisfacer los bolsillos y los caprichos de los corruptos.

Además también 7 países denunciaron al régimen actual en Venezuela ante la Corte Penal Internacional en un rechazo contundente a los abusos y violaciones a los derechos humanos en Venezuela.

“Los mandatarios de estos seis países han dado hoy un paso histórico y sin precedentes en la historia de nuestra América, generando un hito fundamental en aras de la justicia, la rendición de cuentas, la no repetición y la reparación a las víctimas de la dictadura venezolana”, dijo Luis Almagro, secretario general de la Organización de Estados Americanos, en un comunicado.

Esta denuncia es un caso inédito, muy inusual. La corte nunca ha abierto un caso referido por un gobierno en contra de otro; durante décadas los gobiernos latinoamericanos se han adherido a un principio de no intervención en los asuntos domésticos de las naciones vecinas. Sin embargo, varios países ahora consideran que el desastre económico de Venezuela se ha convertido en una amenaza regional. La oleada de migrantes ha resultado también en el alza de tasas delictivas, y ha golpeado los sistemas de salud y educación de otros países.

“Este es un evento significativo e histórico”, dijo Fernando Cutz, antes funcionario de alto rango de la Casa Blanca que trabajó en temas de política latinoamericana durante los gobiernos de Barack Obama y de Donald Trump. “Hace diez años habría sido imposible pensar en que la región le diera la espalda a uno de los suyos”.

En lo personal creo que lo más sano para Venezuela es nombrar un CNE equilibrado donde el régimen actual no pueda ejercer manipulación, hacer una elecciones extraordinarias con supervisión de la ONU y la OEA donde Venezuela decida en su mayoría incluso hasta los que están fuera del país, si desean que Maduro siga o decline, la ultimas elecciones han sido muy turbias y el régimen actual ha abusado de su poder manipulando quien participa y quien no en las elecciones, ajustándolas a su medida de manera fraudulenta, por eso todas esas irregularidades, la población del país esta desencantada, además de la terrible situación económica y las altas tasas de inseguridad.

Además las violaciones a los derechos humanos han sido reiterativas, incluso se han incrementado los abusos policiales y ejecuciones extrajudiciales en manos de los cuerpos del régimen en Venezuela.

La gente en Venezuela desea vivir en un país donde pueda tener un gobierno en el que pueda confiar y que le devuelva la paz y tranquilidad a toda la población en el país.

Este régimen que tiene 20 años no ha traído beneficios al país todo lo contrario la degradación que vive y experimenta Venezuela es lamentable donde como una enfermedad voraz ha tocado todas las instancias del país.

Por ello es increíble la gente que sigue dando la batalla en Venezuela y que desea con todas sus fuerzas y le pide a Dios que promulgue un cambio que haga libre a los venezolanos de toda la anarquía que se vive.
