It may happen to you while writing, at some point you feel like you have bogged down and not getting new ideas for writing more. You reread the paragraphs but going nowhere, feels like the brain has stuck on what you are writing. This is normal and it happens to every writer to lost perspectives while writing. So at this point, we can do 4 things to that article to get a fresh perspective and you will be surprised by getting results.
Play with fonts
Many well-known writer and journalists have shared this tips. By changing font size you would feel like you are looking at a new document. Make the font massive or smaller. Change the font style and changing the dimensions would also help in this perspective.
Print out
If changing fonts doesn't work for you, then you can do something physically to that document. Take the actual print out of the document, and you will be amazed to see what you were missing. This is the most important step that most of the writer recommends. You will get the completely different perspective and new point to work on. Moreover, you will observe places where you were tripping out. Having a full page of a piece of paper can enable you to pick up your mistakes, you would catch little errors that you couldn't see on screen, like punctuation, spelling error and grammatical mistakes etc.
Read aloud
One more important step to improve your writing is to read it aloud. You would feel, how does it sound like actually and if is impressive or not. This is a great way to a fresh perspective and you may catch things in the same document that you wouldn't see otherwise.
Take a break
Your mind may stuck while working on the same document from a long time. You need to have a half an hour or so break in order to generate more ideas and new ways to improve the document. This would also help.
