A humble peasant who faced many difficulties possessed some horses that helped him in the works of his small farm. One day, his foreman brought him the news that one of the best horses had fallen into an old abandoned pit. It was very deep, and it would be extremely difficult to get him out of there.
The humble peasant hurried to the scene of the accident and evaluated the situation, realizing that the animal had not been injured. But because of the difficulty and the cost of the rescue, he concluded that it was not worth it, and asked the foreman to sacrifice the horse by throwing dirt into the well until it was buried. And so it was done.
As the earth fell on him, the animal shook her. This gradually accumulated at the bottom of the well, allowing it to rise. The men realized that the horse was not allowed to be buried but, on the contrary, it was rising, until finally it got out of the tunnel.
If you are "down there", feeling very little valued, and if others throw the land of misunderstanding, selfishness or lack of support, remember the horse of this story. Do not accept the earth they threw over you, shake it and climb over it. The more earth you throw, the more you can climb.
