Cuando estemos entrenando o jugando algo que tenemos que tener muy claro es que el balon es mas rapido que cualquiera de nosotros, poreso es bueno tener en cuenta esto, porque asi podemos empesar a practicar a mover mas el balon que nuestro cuerpo, con ello logramos cansarnos menos en un partido y poder utilizar esa energia guardada cuando realmente la necesitemos.
