I'm looking for collaborators!

Do you write scary stuff? (Not too scary, I need to stay PG13.) I'd potentially like to do 1-2 segments per 2 hour show. Each one would be less than 5 minutes. Basically, I read the story in an intense, dramatic fashion (😉) and add sound effects.
Please... please write something for me. Please.🙏

I wrote it again this week. I'm not super proud of this one.... but after it aired, the hubs said it was really good. So that's something. 😍 It is a LOT of sound effects... And... it's kinda fan fiction (no, it's totally fan fiction) based on the video game FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S. I hope you get a little scared.

Ughh. It’s almost midnight. I can’t believe I took this job. Thank god it’s only 3 more days.

The pay is pretty good. Sucks that it’s in the middle of the night. But (sigh) whatya gonna do?

SFX: ALARM

Yes! I’m awake. I’ve been awake. Just laying here thinking about last night. First night wasn’t too bad, but last night? Like, why aren’t they able to provide just a little more power to last through the night? And those big scary-ass robot thingys? Why? They’ve got to be as terrifying in the light as they are in the dark. I just don’t get the appeal of the place during the day, but I need the cash.

SFX: CAR ENGINE STOPS, CAR DOOR OPEN/CLOSE

Ugh (shivers). Even the outside of this place is creepy.

SFX: FLICKERING STREET LIGHT

Perfect. Just what I need- the street light to go out. And there it goes. Damn, it’s pitch black. Where is my flashlight?

Ha! Everyone always making fun of me for carrying a flashlight… Now who’s laughing.

SFX: OPEN of large metal DOOR, FOOTSTEPS, CLOSE DOOR, LATCH

And locked. It’s so dumb that I can’t turn on any of the lights in this place. I shoulda brought a bigger flashlight…Size totally does matter.

SFX: FOOTSTEPS DOWN HALLWAY

Finally. Here. This place sucks. Money, money, money. Money! Just keep thinking that. This is just another job. And no one’s even here… really. Let’s take a peak at those cameras…

SFX: PHONE RING
SFX: DAY 3 FNAF PHONE CALL

PHONE GUY: "Hello, hello? Hey you're doing great! Most people don’t last this long.

What the hell?

PHONE GUY: I mean, you know, they usually move on to other things by now. I'm not implying that they died. Th-th-that’s not what I meant.

Holy crap. What the hell are you talking about?

PHONE GUY: Uh, anyway I better not take up too much of your time. Things start getting real tonight.

Real?! What?

PHONE GUY: Uh... Hey, listen, I had an idea: if you happen to get caught and want to avoid getting stuffed into a Freddy suit, uhh, try playing dead! You know, go limp. Then there's a chance that, uh, maybe they’ll think that you're an empty costume instead. Then again if they think you're an empty costume, they might try to... stuff a metal skeleton into you.

What?

PHONE GUY: I wonder how that would work. Yeah, never mind, scratch that. It's best just not to get caught.

Get caught? Last night you said-

PHONE GUY: Um... Ok, I'll leave you to it. See you on the flip side!"

Wait! Hello!? You have got to be kidding me.

SFX: CAMERA CHANGING

Oh, my god. Not already. Two of them have already moved?! It’s not even 1 am yet! Oh, okay. There they are. It’s cool.

SFX: UNDERSOUND STATIC

I don’t know what I’m so spooked about (opening a candy bar wrapper, taking a bite) I mean, they’re just animatronic robots that turn on sometimes by themselves. And instead of cutting their power, the owners think it’s best to let them roam around. And new info today: If i play dead, they’ll try to stuff a metal skeleton into me!

SFX: MUSIC BOX, FOOTSTEPS

Oh, shit. What’s that? Where’s that music coming from. No .. .no .. no…

SFX: CAMERAS CHANGING, OTHER SOUNDS...

AD LIB through sounds…

Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!

SFX: DOORS CLOSED - TWO

Okay. Doors closed. I’m fine. I’ll be fine. It’s fine… But what was that about not leaving the doors down too long? Ugh… My power! It’s dropping faster! Stupid generator!

SFX: DOORS OPEN TWO

Safe. Still alone. (Sigh) Let’s see where those pesky robots are at.

SFX: CAMERA CHANGING

Hey there, Chica! Terrifying as always… I still don’t understand why you are moving and why I feel like I’m in danger. I mean… sure, the pay is suspiciously good for such a short shift… but it’s only five days, then --

SFX: RUNNING DOWN HALLWAY LAUGHTER

No! Shit! What is that?! Running?”

SFX: DOORS UP/DOWN twice

OMG! I can’t find any of them! Foxy? Bonnie? What the?

SFX: CAMERAS NOT WORKING

No! Not now! Stupid old camera equipment! Just when I need to see what’s going on and nothing! Wait? I can still hear still on the kitchen camera…Someone must be in there.

But where are the others…. No …. What happened?! My generator is at 20%?! What does that mean?! The guy on the phone only said to make sure I don’t run out of of power… and to only shut the doors if they are right outside…

SFX: CAMERAS CHANGING

Well, I can’t see them anywhere, so they must be right outside? Shit. Should I call? Who would I call? They didn’t leave a number. Shit.

I’m just going to sit here with my eyes closed and hope for the best.

SFX: DOORS CLOSING

With the doors closed. I feel like running out of power with them closed is better than with them open.

SFX: MUSIC, LAUGHTER, FOOTSTEPS increasing

Ad lib worried sounds….

SFX: Sounds stop.

whispering Almost. Almost there. You’ll be able to pay all your bills for more than a month.. Just a few more minutes…

SFX: KNOCKING

Nope. Nope. Nope Nope.

SFX: CHILDREN GIGGLE

What the? Are there kids?! Hello?

SFX: POWER DOWN

No… no… the generator’s dead…

SFX: DOORS OPEN

And the doors open?! You have got to be kidding me!

silence

Hello?

Hello? Is someone there? Kids? This is totally not funny.

SFX: CHILDREN GIGGLE, MUSIC, RUNNING TOWARDS---

SFX: SCREAM

END
