What is Rat Race?

In my opinion the RAT RACE is an race where people spend their majority and huge amount of time towards those aspects which are not worthy or end of the day not adding any value to our life. And most importantly Rat Race consume our natural life and that inturn means we are going away from the peace. Many knows that what they are doing or running for reflects as Question Mark (?). And Rat Race is like those clouds which are covered everything with heavy essence but lack rain.

So, what we are doing should give the Satisfaction and Peace because in that way we can achieve motivation and happiness and these two aspects are really vital ingredients for the growth and development and when we hold the essence of happiness then that means that we are not going away from our natural life.

How Rat Race Dominates?

In my opinion RAT RACE Dominates in two ways :

• Take away our passion : Rat Race always hold the Race For Materialistic Holdings so people consume lot of time running behind these aspects and in this race they leave behind their passionate works and interests, and when we leave what we like, then it makes us empty. So no matter what, we should not leave our passion because our passion holds meaning for us.

• Gives Lack Of Meaning : In my opinion we can observe one thing and that is, whenever we do those activities or works in which we don't hold any interest and enthusiasm it never gives meaning to us no matter how much that particular work is valued by the world. So, if we see, then most of the times people often criticise their work and work environment, inturn that means that they are enganed in those work towards which they don't hold any interest.

At first place why Rat Race exist?

I think that, due to Increase and Expansion in Technology we've also developed excessive interests towards Materialistic Holdings. And Idea of Excessive holding gave one idea or seed to this world and that is Excessive Control and by that i mean, if we see, then in every aspect of this world we can see levels of control and everyone is not able to access what other is able to.

So when, one individual is comparing their holdings with other then the question takes birth like, is next person is more successful than me? And when we think in this perspective then in my opinion the birth of Rate Race can be seen because, now we've entered into the competitive world where we are competing in terms of Materialistic aspects or i can give an modern word and that is, competing in aspects of Turnover.

How to identify if we are in Rat Race?

In my opinion, this is really simple but yet complex to understand when we go through from it. In my opinion when our work controls us then in my opinion we are in RAT RACE because we are free beings and whenever someone or something is controlling our life then we are stuck in RAT RACE and we should understand one thing and that is, just think for one moment that, really we own and we will take something from this world? When we don't then why to stuck in Rat Race, inturn we should enjoy our passionate work because it adds value to our life.

How to get a break from it?

If you are stuck in Rat Race and it's eating you then in my opinion the best thing which we can do is, Exploring and spending time in nature because nature can heal us and it can refresh our mind and soul. Nature is so pure that if anyone want to get healed then it will heal with it's artful essence.
