The head pivoted suddenly to look directly at me. “I-am-fine-thank-yooooooouuuuuu!” I barged into the kitchen, anxiety mounting as I frantically rifled through drawers.

Lol. Your reply though. I guess if I was in your shoes, I would've been more anxious.

Wow. Can't really find the words to describe today's part.

I guess I'm anxious to read the next. Great story @alex
