The Loner - To Tell a Tale # 9

in writing •  7 years ago

John found himself on the same spot like clock work. The bartender always reserved a spot for him. He comes here at 9 pm after he closes from the job he detest so much. However, today he quit. He has no clue whatsoever about his next step in life.

He is back at the same road again, drowning himself in what he calls a solution. He doesn't think he has a drinking problem because he has no problem drinking at all. Something from a hit country song he says in soliloquy.

Thinking and drinking to a cruel world

Cheers, drink up..
Cool write up.. He doesn't think he has a drinking problem because he has no problem drinking at all. My highlight of of the write up

Hey gee, your comment is gold fam . Thanks

When I reached That point I paused and thought about it

Because the drink is a solution to problems until you’re overwhelmed with them, supersaturation occurs and they can no longer be dissolved.. In drinking.

And when he wakes up from his drink he'll come to the reality that no problem has been solved by the bitter beer 🍻 🍻

He has no problem. He should drink on since he has no problem drinking.

Yeah, he should drown himself silly

Loved your short piece. Indeed drink is the solution for all the other problems.🤣 Cheers- @dpatcher
