Yes! I read a study concerning mice and "trauma" being passed down generationally in the form of fear, which is an instinct. If fear can be handed down generationally, then in my opinion, forms of fear can be handed down generationally by way of altering instinctual reactionary processes, but you also have to understand that neural pathways can be reconfigured through the ingestion of information. So, perhaps even fear can be overcome in the course of a lifetime through desensitization.
