CONGRATULATIONS!! I can't believe how prolific you are! It's so awesome. I just finished my little novella, which I've been working on for a while now. It's just shy of 25K words--and it took me months haha.

I promise now I'm going to create an Amazon account. I've been meaning to do it for a long time now, and now I definitely have another reason--to buy your stories and leave some reviews! <3

BTW, I'm using Scrivener now thanks to your tutorial and encouragement, and I'm about to compile Alexis' story into my first real-life ebook! Thank you for being an inspiration :)

Hi @dinavice,

I guess I'm not the only one that's been learning a lot about publishing from @jocelynlily. I've been writing mostly poetry for a couple years here on Steemit. I've also been working on a novel or two and learning a ton from @jocelynlily.

It's great to meet others with similar aspirations. We can all fuel each other's passions. I'm following now! The more like-minded friends the better!

Cheers!

@jocelynlily is so awesome for sharing her knowledge and experiences around self-publishing.

Thanks @freeinthought! I'm looking forward to reading some of your work! I'm always excited to meet other writers :)

You're gonna love @dinavice! I promise. She is amazing and and I have learned a lot about how to write tighter more exacting prose without the excessive details. My struggle is the balance of description like poetry to action and moving with emotions, but @dinavice is masterful. Def. Read her stuff.

And, Yay! Thank you! I'm happy to help in some small fashion! Thanks for your support. I can't wait to read your books!

The story of my life. I tend to get caught up in writing about the details.... I've been slacking on lately on working on my book. I need to get back at it.. Cheers!

You can do it. Get back on that horse. And remember: getting it done regardless of the quality is more important than not doing anything at all

Thanks for the encouragement!

getting it done regardless of the quality

That can be a tough pill of a lesson but I know where you're coming from.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Be proud of yourself! That is amazing! I'm sure you have a tight excellent focus with well crafted language and erotic imagery.

Remember, it isn't how much you do, but that you do it at all.

The fact that you are doing it, waking up, getting it finished, even in small steps is better than not doing it, than not getting up and taking those steps.

I'm so proud of you and I can't wait to read your story! Share the links when you do! Share them share them share them!

And, you're welcome!

Thank you <3 Sometimes it's hard to remember that when I seem to be moving at a snail's pace! But it definitely feels good to finish something finally. Can't wait to write the next thing, though ^_^
