Love Letter: Bar of chocolate

Dear Bar of chocolate

It has been a long time since we last had contact. I miss you. The last time we were together, we had such a great time. My heart melted, I am sure yours did too.

I know this is very forward, but I will no longer hold these feelings back. From the very first moment you touched my lips and hung on my hips, I fell in love with you. I can no longer live without you; you bring joy to my world; flavour to my dull life. You are my everything, my drug that cures all my heartache and sorrow. The hug that comforts me, and you never say a bad word to me.

You are both good and bad for me. In winters you add extra layers around my body, keeping me warm and soft. In summer I am too scared to go outside in my shorts to swim. You make me feel self-conscious about how I look and my self-confidence takes a beating.

At times you make me smile and brighten my mood, but every time I look into the mirror and reflect on our relationship. I realise that we can no longer continue this way, our relationship has way too many ups and downs. Although all of these things are negative and bad, I still love you for who you are. I love you for the faults and challenges you put me through.

I look forward to our next embrace. I am not a quitter and will always have you in my cupboards for those late night sins.

Just on a little side note for self improvement. I will be doing pushups, situps and squats for the amount of $$$ (ratio;$1:1) I earn on this post and will give a short feedback every day at the end of each post. This will be split in equally between all 3. Any not done will carry onto the next day.
