Today I wanted to share a personal theme, free expression, my way of thinking.

What lights your soul? What it is that makes your world harmonious.

Unknowns that lead to endless answers and themselves, to many meanings.

Psychology, that is, academic level, the individual is involved in many theories about "true" human behavior, as if it were a regulation. But, it is the practice that teaches the convenient, harmful, prudent and, among others, the person in himself.

The art of detecting emotions does not mean that you know how to adapt them at the moment they are presented. It is a war between the Feel and Express. We know how every emotion feels: Go, happiness, sadness, nerve ... But! How to express them? How to send a message sometimes so complex for oneself. It is not easy to send verbal codes if we do not know how to control our feelings; without even knowing how they will receive the information.

That is why I have taken the audacity to affirm, that everything is not in "knowing" but in "living" to learn. The studies only serve as guidance.

Once I have clarified a point, I ask: What lights your soul? I do not mean a book or read it, nor the enjoyment of a cup of coffee, nor to morning exercises; I am referring to the process, what led you to carry out the activities, to what end.

It is not the sunset, it is the thoughts that flow at that precise moment.

It's not talking, it's the words we use.

It is not the written one, it is what we understand.

It is not the wind, it is the freshness that you feel at the end of your journey.

Not only does a world move the results, it really alters it at this point, changes it. In my case, my movement is the inspiration. It is the best incentive.

The true essence is not in what you propose, but in what you do to achieve it. EG.
