one of the longest rice plants in the world

One of my dreams is to produce a new superior rice seed. Although not a plant breeder with a Doctorate degree but I want to be able to do or produce a superior seed that can be enjoyed by other farmers.
Can it? when we do business, anything we can do. Of course with hard work and smart work. Why I say this? I feel challenged with a farmer who is only a junior high school graduate but his expertise in rice breeding is equivalent to his doctors even in some ways overthrowing him..
