This book is one of the most important scientific books written by one of the great scientists of our time, Stephen Hawking. In this book Hawking discusses major questions such as: How did the universe begin-and what started it? Was it then, and did he always move forward? Is there the end of the universe, in space and time? Is there another dimension in the universe? What happens when the universe ends?
Through easily digestible writing, A Brief History of Time invites us to explore the universe in the mystery of a black hole, which when there is a huge explosion is God's role in the universe along with all the fascinating and wonderful possibilities. With an intriguing and compelling imagination, Stephen Hawking brings us closer to the secret of the mechanism of the universe.
Stephen Hawking in this book explains the connection between time and the universe through physics. The attempt to explain this connection begins with his discovery of strict laws and rules, which then accurately predict his creation (pp. 15-15).
On the other hand, he states that the beginning of time coincides with the creation of the universe at the time of the Big Bang Theory, in the preceding period it is undefined and whatever happened before has no effect on our present observations.
In a scientific explanation, the abstract concept can ultimately be understood with a constant and definitive explanation. For some who are interested in the scientific explanation also feel happy with the present book. Because this book reveals various thoughts about God as an absolute decision-maker of the order of the universe.
Stephen's theory in this book is presented with the simplest explanation with analogies that can be found in everyday life. The complicated terms of physics and theories that are also supported by the illustrations of the drawings and the glossary attached to the back of the book make this book more perfect.
Unlike the usual scientific books, this book's form is thin, but does not remove the content density inside. Although a bit unfortunate, reading this book requires a serious interest and a strong desire to think to digest its content. Apart from that, this book is worthy of being an exciting reference for science lovers.
With the presence of this 203 page book, the author hopes that there will come a time when everybody, philosopher, physicist and ordinary person will be able to grasp the essence behind human beings and the universe in this universe. The dream may soon come to pass, and this book becomes our ticket to enter that period.
Stephen Hawking is a great scientist it is true but i don't agree with that he is closer to the secret of the mechanism of the universe.
