Lembayung Senja perlahan terbenam di ufuk barat
Seakan membawa lelap sejuta kisah
Begitu senyap Sepi mendekap jiwa
Cahayamu merona bak kilauan emas
Menembus awan tebal
Menyilaukan mata yang memandang

Semakin engkau tenggelam
Siangpun kan berganti malam
dan burung-burung terbang pulang kesarang
Se iring Senja kembali keperaduan

Aku masih tetap tegak berdiri
Terus menatap senja yang perlahan makin tenggelam
Berdecak kagum di dalam hati
Menyadarkanku betapa indahnya ciptaan Ilahi.
