In 13 days I've gained ~200 followers and increased my reputation score from 66.6 to 66.7!
From This:
To This!
That's Also ~300 New Posts!
Fellow Steemians,
Normally, I wouldn't do a new "milestone" post this quickly but honestly speaking, it's impossible for me to not be thankful for this amazing achievement. - To get almost 200 new followers in less than 2 weeks is incredible!
Like stated in the title. This is nothing but a "big, fat thank you" post. I want to thank all my readers and all my supporters. You're truly amazing and I would never have been able to achieve something like this without you. Each upvote, each comment. From minnow to whale. It doesn't matter at all. I am truly grateful for each supporter I have.
Three days ago, I wrote an article asking for help:
Have you Ever Wanted To Help To Change Someone's Life? - Here's Your Chance!
I don't ask for donations like most fundraiser-posts would do. I simply asked my supporters to upvote that article or any of my future articles (until March) with a higher percentage vote than they would normally do, just to support me and help me out a little bit more than usual.
Meanwhile one might think that I'm not satisfied with the pending payout of ~$10, I just want to make it clear to everyone, that I am extremely satisfied and very happy for the support.
I received several fantastic and encouraging comments and I even got a 2 SBD donation from @weetreebonsai!
HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!
@preparedwombat (amongst others) quickly upvoted that specific article with 100% of his power and I am amazed and thankful to see all these fantastic supporters and all the love around me.
- My supporters are incredible and I am forever grateful for all your kindness and all the love and support. I'm almost in shock. - That's how much this means to me!
I am also extremely thankful for all the support I get from @teamsteem and @dtube respectively. And perhaps most of all, truly thankful and excited for the fantastic delegation I've got from @fulltimegeek!
- 2018 started with a bang for me and truth to be told, it feels like a weird, but amazing dream that have come true.
When I joined Steemit 20 months ago...
I would never have thought that I would be able to achieve and accomplish this much.
Inspirin story indeed. A lot of people don't know the power of starting something earlier and just patiently being consistent and grow with time. You might have a lot of people being envious of your current steemit achievement or people that would love to achieve the same feat but no one looks at the work you put in over those months.
I listen to Steven Barlett alot and how he talks about long term patience and i am glad to have found a perfect example to use as my own steemit story (motivation).
I too would be looking forward to what an average of 20months would look like for me. Thanks for giving me such hope 😊

I think the latter actually. At least that's what I hope because I've never tried to be "better" than anyone else and I would never in my life claim to be better than others. In fact, I'm just a random, rather humble guy from Sweden without prior knowledge about cryptocurrencies. And I've never seen myself as a blogger either, so I have literally everything against me.
However, I've always tried to help, motivate, encourage and inspire those around me. No matter how much time it takes and no matter where they're from or if they have prior experience or not. I never judge people and I always try to support those who are in need. So I truly hope that this is what others see.

Lovely mindset bro..
Never knew you were from sweden. Can't wait to make more money in this life, sweden is definitely a country i would love to travel to at a young age. I believe the country is quite calm and rich in nature.
I also didn't mean envious in a bad manner, more of like the inspired kinda envious, if you know what i mean lol

Let us know how close to the goal you are for paying off the debt so you can start school again!
Glad to give a hand up!

At the time I'm writing this, I'm about ~$2600 away from paying it. And that is if I where to pay the debt with nothing besides my Steemit earnings, so it's getting closer! :)
I have until March, so if I can continue to be active on Steemit and take advantage of the high prices of SBD/Steem, this is very doable.
Would be so cool to pay off my debt with money I've earned from Steemit. That would basically mean that Steemit paid for my education. In some sense. :D

It really hit me today. This could be it. This could be the way I'm able to leave that 9 - 5 grind.

Steemit can be the answer we've all been looking for... And truth to be told, other Steemians have already stopped the 9-5 grind a long time ago. - So it is possible! :)

@teamsteem and @fulltimegeek are awesome and they contribute and make a huge difference in this community and it's not a surprise for someone like them to support you and I'm glad they did.
Wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for those kind words. Both of them are equally amazing and I'm truly happy and overwhelmed for all the encouragement and the support I've got from them both.
I'm just incredible happy that they (and all my followers) seems to appreciate what I do and what I'm trying to accomplish here. :)

Yeah! - It's amazing and I'm actually struggling to understand that this is happening. Hard work, effort and a lot of time and heart. - I guess that's what makes it possible for me. - And I am truly thankful for all the support!
Now, I just hope this will continue so I'll reach new heights and new milestones. One of the not so serious dreams I've had in the past is actually to become a full time Steemian... - And in all honesty, with results like this.. It could actually be possible in a rather near future. - How cool is that?! :D
