I personally have a very bad memory and I have always been eager to fix that.

I find this idea of a memory palace fascinating, but for me it is still quite difficult to do.

I liked how it was implemented in the Show "The Mentalist".

    memory is like muscle if you don't use it you will lose it , so the best solution is to know how it's works and keep training . i like the show amazing
