It's difficult to explain in words what I feel. I'm moved by an incredible disappointment but, moreover, an astonishment.

Isn't necessary for me to speak about Venezuela, as many brothers here have done (and in ways that I could not have done) and to do it again would be to invite you to listening a scratchy and rusty vinyl over and over.

The thoughts I share are a reflection of my own, which comes from the yellow, blue and red of my heart, from the 8 (since kid there were always 7) stars that go from one lung to another and my breath full of wisdom that a young Bolivar characterized and dignity that identify us as Latin American brothers.

Today I haven't come to say that you should be sorry about us or our situation, today I come to say that you should rejoice for us, because we are fighting, because the mentality is different and because if we do not die in the street, we are going to die of hunger, There are no more options.

Yes, the things are difficult, i'm not gonna lie to you, I have to work extra and sweat until late at night to be able to buy what is necessary for home but in the marches there's no return and if they take me as prisoner, then go ahead, at least i will be glad to have helped my nation, served my country. But in unison i will be angry for being captive of a government that does not protect its own citizens when they cry and wallow for a pound of rice.

The current Venezuela could be compared to a cigarette. It is what it has been converted into. We were made addicted to it. It hurts you but you light it because you know that if you have it for much longer, you will suffer more.
Right now it is on but it consumes much faster because you want to get rid of all that hurts you. Hit after hit you cough but you're still waiting for the end while you fight it as you can.

I have faith in us and in the fact that we will continue on the street. I've had opportunities to leave, like the vast majority, but as long as I can keep fighting here, I will. I will not give up on seeing this great nation free from corrupt parasites over us. I know the others neither.

Keep your head ups, brothers!
