Sharing some thoughts I had during one of my meditations in hopes that it may help someone
You Are Enough
Your flaws are ok
Perhaps unhealthy habits, but a desire to change
The goal may be balance, but unbalance is ok
You are more than enough as you’re breathing today
You are enough
You are enough

Are
Enough
The Path of Silence
Silence of mouth so you hear what’s inside
Silence of desire, the material is not required
Silence of the mind so your visions aren’t blind
Open a pathway to receive the divine
The light beyond the veil covered by time
Blocked by a cluttered ego and mind
Shatter unstable foundations and rebuild
Breakdown the ego using the Will
Drinking from the cup of forgetfulness
Remembering all that was lost
In silence you receive
In silence you will be redeemed
Giving is Receiving
You will constantly need more and feel less with emptiness
We are not the dead shells of the Qlippoth, the decaying bark on the Tree of Life
Leeching and taking to fill an infinite void
We are all connected
When we give we receive
Like Sephiroth on the tree of life we breathe
If we only take our souls will break
Giving will fill this void with light to infinitely embrace
The universal law of energy
To flow in abundance and not scarcity
The more that you give, the more you receive
Wishing someone happiness shows that giving can be free
Showing appreciation, gratitude and love
Sends the same in return as a light from above
