Allow your emotions to go "through you". I never really understood what she meant, until I realised that I needed to let them go. take them in and then let them go... through me, and out of me.
Emotion is seldom practical, the mind is practical. Emotion serves a different purpose entirely.
It is difficult not to let it control you, but you most certainly CAN learn to manage it, by allowing it to go "through you" xxx
