The world may seem bleak, the
Path before you may look as
If it goes on forever,
Leading nowhere.
However in the end it all comes down to this;
It is your pathway; you are the one who determines where it goes,
And how it ends.
Your road, your direction and it’s your decision about
How much effort you put into your future.
Take hold of your future, make your choices and
Follow your Dreams.
Do what you need to do; time does not
Wait;
Sometimes, that one chance is only
Available one time around.
Don’t miss it.
We all depend on each other; don’t
Fail to see when someone is trying
To help you.
Likewise, don’t miss the opportunity to help
Someone else when you can.
Helping doesn’t always mean cash,
It could be time, or it could cost

In my brief 63+ yrs on this Earth, I have taken a lot from people, I have thrown away
Most everything that would have formed my future and pathway in life, due to
Drugs and Alcohol addictions.
Even during those darkest times, I never gave up my faith, and even though at times
It seemed like everyone had given up on ME, many hadn't.
Once I began to claw my way out of the darkness, people have helped me.
Many were family and friends, many were total strangers.
Now, I have had the opportunity to help friends, family and people I know
Only through social media. This is the lesson I've learned.
Helping is free, and has untold rewards for the helper.
