Sounds like an excellent choice of how to spend $94 :) As a "digital nomad" I sound like such a hipster when I say this but oh well.. I've found a nice combination of hostels and airbnb works best. I just have to make sure the internet connections are reliable. I like airbnb over hotels generally since they more often include kitchens for cooking, plus are often (but not always) cheaper.

My DIY mini writing retreat
I would totally take more advantage of AirBnB, but I live in a pretty rural area so a regular old Comfort Inn was just fine for me. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room, so I will plan accordingly next time and bring more snacks. :) I will price-compare next time and see if I can find a bnb close, but my guess is the hotel is going to be the most viable option for me. Thanks for reading and commenting, and I hope your next DIY retreat is a blast!
