As the Title of this post "Investment in Hardik Pandya continues to give very good dividends" proves to be true all the time.
17-09-2017 - The very first ODI commenced today. The venue was MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. India won the toss and opted to bat first. But, little known to many, Indian batting line-up would collapse like a house of cards. India was struggling at 87 for 5 when Hardik Pandya came at the crease to accompany MS Dhoni. Both the batsmen built the partnership India needed and Pandya went on to hit big. In one hand we were seeing the fiery Pandya whose shots were roaming every corner of the stadium and the other hand we also watched MSD, the COOL MS Dhoni batting sensibly.
When Pandya was out he scored 83 runs in just 66 balls with 5 boundaries and 5 massive over-boundaries. He also showed his magic when Captain Kohli showered trust by giving him spell. He also showed his mettle and picked 2 valuable wickets in crucial moment.
Every team would want a player like him in their squad.
