In total, this Vocab-ability post features 3 prefixes that begin with the letter “O."

Thanks for your comment / input. "Return" is now the "ENTER" key.

We used to know the key as the "Return" key. I guess with all the technological developments, its use has evolved, so now it is not so much used for the "Return" function as for the "ENTER" function.

Thanks to you, I've edited my How to Enlarge post, so that now, #9 says "ENTER."

Much thanks!!

Thanks so much @majes.tytyty. this is very useful for me. Once more, thank you. 😊

Glad you find it helpful. Keep learning ...!

Nicely done, teaching steemit on how to speak better english, giving back to the community.
English is not my main language, and these types of posts will surely give me a better vocabulary to use on my own posts, thanks.

Your English seems quite good, so you will benefit from these posts.

I originally compiled Vocab-ability for my advanced-level students in Japan. While students of all levels can benefit from these posts, the vocab roots introduced herein are mostly upper-level.

Best of luck in your studies.

My english was really good in the past, i took the FCE(first certificate of english) from Cambridge, the problem is that i haven't practiced it in a while, i stopped speaking it and writing it 5 years ago, only restarted using it 1 month ago when i joined steemit, hopefully i'll get better at it with time.
Going to check some of your other posts to see some more vocabulary, btw since you are a teacher i would love to hear your opinion on the latest video i made for dtube, first time i recorded myself speaking english, i was really surprised that i could speak english so well and more or less fluently, but i would love to hear a teacher's perspective(ofc only if you have the time xD don't want to occupy anyone's time)

This is badly needed by the steemians, especially those whose English is mediocre, like me. Thank you very much @majes.tytyty

I hope these posts improve your English from "mediocre" to "SUPERB."

Hopefully, @majes.tytyty. I learned a lot from good English-language steemians, including you. But, because my basic English language skills are weak, the effort feels very slow. Until now I still rely on online dictionary, including to reply to this comment. I know there must be an awkward, or even wrong, translation. But, I have no other choice. hopefully by often reading like your writing, my english so better. my target is not grandiose. which is important to be understood by other steemians. thanks for the input and motivation. I waiting your next post about english. Best regards. 😊🙏

your post about prefixes is now like an english class to me !
every day i get something out of here
thank you!

Great. Hope you can "ATTEND" class everyday. Keep learning!

will do it definitely !

surely it is very helpful but how if it is being designed in a photoshop ??

These are simple text boxes, which are easily made. First I input all the text in a Word document, then I make text boxes of each individual entry.

One basic rule on Steemit. NEVER EVER ask for upvotes. NEVER EVER suggest "Please upvote me."

Upvote are given for high-quality work or interesting and helpful comments. You can ask a thousand Steemians for an upvote, but about 999 of them won't bother to upvote you.

On the other hand, if you make a high-quality post, a number of people might upvote it, and you would attract followers. Your next post might get more upvotes, and attract more followers.

I appreciate your nice comments & i will follow it...

Please ... DO NOT copy paste MY comment here in your comment. That is utterly pointless.

It's also plagiarism.

Your post is Golden I think post might have its advantages as well as and also nice for sharing.. and please upvoted me..

Спасибо что продолжаете делиться Вашими знаниями. Я рад, что, последнее время, Ваша активность значительно возросла. Удачи Вам.

Thanks for sharing this. I really didn't see 'oc' and 'op' as prefixes until now. The English language is really rich in vocabulary.
