El hacer una lista de obligaciones, tareas, compromisos o asta la misma lista de mercado, nos ayuda a tener un compromiso con nosotros mismos, y el poder yr desaorrollando esas tareas e ir tachandolas de la lista hace que nuestra mente se libere de las deudas por cumplir, haciendonos sentir un poco mas libres y sin estres, ese el porque podemos obtar por hacer una, yo ya lo stoy practicando.
