My first job interview was at age 17 and they asked me the following:
If your boss leaves you with a responsibility to deliver an urgent document, and you got lost what would you do?

Option A: Would you say?

Option B: Would not you say?

At that moment the truth I did not know what to say, after several seconds I answered I would not tell him, I would try to find the document and resolve it without him knowing.

I was never called to work, I think it would have been very straightforward to answer: If I would tell you and we would return the document as quickly as possible to deliver it and thus not delay the work and have obtained the job.

What the recruiter wanted was for the applicant to express that he could trust his future boss and always say what was right. Questions that are challenging are made more and more in job interviews, given the number of applicants and the need to separate the straw from the grain.
