Working on my novel from NaNoWriMo last year.

It happens.

You get distracted. Life happens.  Bad things happen.

2018 has been a year of distractions for me.  Life has knocked me around a little this year.  And it's kept me from the writing.

I tried National Novel Writing Month in November 2017.  I didn't finish the novel in the month, but I got about 27,000 words done.  Then I went back to writing my Charlotte Morgan chapter books.  I have a complete Charlotte Morgan chapter book finished, it just needs an illustrator.  I am working on the third book in that series as well.

But I opened up my novel and have started working on it again.  It is definitely for older readers, and goes even more into sci-fi than my Dolbin Schools,  All of which I have posted at some point here on Steemit.

But it's good to pick the novel back up.

Currently called Quinton.  After the main character.  It's my first book with four letter words and killing off a character.

Should be fun.

Nice

Nice, @mctiller! Keep us updated on the progress. I have got on with editing one of my books too. Hmm.. Looks like 2018 is looking up again for both of us. And guess what, the year is not over yet! :)
