Into the neighborhood’s little grocery store a fancy middle aged lady with her friend reaches the cashier and ask the old owner
-How much does one egg worth?
-30 cents each my lady the old man replied
-Ok i ll take 10 eggs for 2.5€ or else i ll leave
-Ok. You can take it at the price you want. Maybe your visit at my store will bring me some luck because I haven’t sold anything all day the old man said
And so it was. She gave him 2.5€ took the eggs and left. She opened her car’s door left the bag in and went right to the next store to have lunch with her friend
After ordering a lot of plates and finished their meals, you could see that over half of the food the had ordered was still on the table.
She asked for the bill
After a couple of minutes the waiter brought it.
-How much is it?
-41.4 € said the waiter
-Here’s 45. You can keep the change
This was something pretty much ordinary for the waiter but also really painful for the old man who was watching this scene
The point is,why do we keep showing our strength to the weak and
We become generous to those who pretty much don’t need our help?
I would like to hear your comments on that

Until next time...

Could be so many reasons with the scenario, but generally speaking I believe It's natural for things to compete on this planet. It's kind of how evolution works - only the strongest survives. Cash and possession is the real killer to humans and we compete over it, creating larger and larger ego's with each fresh success...the person who got the eggs feels good as they got one up on someone weaker. In the scenario next door, she didn't feel like competing...and it's natural to tip in some countries OR she felt like they were more at her level "class" and thus worthy of her money..it's pretty low, but the human race has been conditioned to go this way because the greedy want us to play at the game...a game at which they are very good at winning.
Nice post to make people think - Thanks for posting :)

Thank you for stopping by.
In most things you mentioned i totally agree. But i think it is our choice to act like that.No one is forcing you to be cruel or to to act in inappropriate ways or to think that you are better because you posses wealth. All these are choices we make. And if we want to make society just a little bit better place we must start from ourselves

I can not accept this situation, but I can not stop others from doing it either. I can only start from myself by being generous and compassion to the less fortunate and be calculating with the meaner.
Thank you for this reminder again.

Is it really possible to behave like that? If I have the means, I would prefer the person who has the least, rather than the opposite. It's my character, I do not intend to change it, I hate injustice. Probably I will never be rich, but I can always look at myself in a mirror.

Apparently for some people it is...it is better to be ok with yourself just as you say

It's the humankind, we put ourself over weaker to show our status in society. We want to have a good status/reputation that everyone respects us. The problem here is, that it's a circle, without the ambition to put ourself over ohters, it wouldn't be there. But what would the poor guy do, if he is rich? Maybe it's immoral and shouldn't be done by the woman, but this is basicaly real americanism and capitalism. Everyone theoreticaly has the chance to be the rich, when you build wealth up and went from poor to middle or high class, you maybe feel still threaten by competition? I don't know these are just random thoughts.
