Learning to write fast is not difficult, and very useful when you need to write faster when taking notes or writing essays before the time is collected. You can learn the abbreviation system when taking notes, or set the time so you can sit and write.

Write a Faster Hand Edit Edit..

1

Outline the text. If you know how to memorize what works best for you, use keywords instead of writing the entire words of your lecturer or interviewer. Make sure you create an outline that is easy for you to understand. If you can not understand your writing then, your efforts will be in vain. [1]

2

Use symbols. Find matching symbols for concepts related to your field. You may have limited use of it - "&" for "and", "+" for "plus", etc. Do not just use it for that! Whatever you do, you definitely use certain words more than other words. Your symbol should be easy to remember if you make notes for yourself. Find matching images from your memory to find matching symbols. For example, use "θ" from the Latin alphabet to write "cell" or "cell" in your notes. The shape of the symbol is round, like a cell, but has a horizontal line that reminds you of cell division. Symbols work like alphabets, therefore, symbols should be written quickly. Generally, if symbol creation takes half of word writing, you should simplify it. A quick way to get a symbol is to use an alphabet from another language. Look at the alphabet, and remember to wear later. Who knows is useful, is not it? Symbols should be easy to read, if you write notes for others. The arrows to explain "is" easy to understand, and circles with diagonal graffiti generally mean "no" or "impossible".

Learn about the stenography system. This is the best way to write quickly. If you are diligent in practice, using stenography you can write up to 200 words per minute - the equivalent of state stenographer speed! Gregg's stenography is the fastest and most popular system in America; but if you do not have enough time to study a non-symbolic stereography system, a symbolic stenographic system like Speedwriting can increase your write speed to 60-100 words per minute. Gregg's photography is sometimes phonetically based or spelled, and uses a notched line to separate words. This system is considered better than Pitman's system for writing notes. [2] Pitman Stenography is the best stenographic technique that uses speech, instead of spelling. For example, "f" will be written like "elephant," "find," or "tough." This stenography uses slashes, curves, and dots to replace sounds in language. [3] Speedwriting is also a phonetic system that abbreviates words, so you do not have to write unspeakable sounds. Speedwriting uses certain symbols and letters to replace sounds (such as "." For "the", or "+" for "and".) Speedwriting is considered twice as fast as regular handwriting. Physical-based Keyscript Styography, small on the alphabet, and lets you write 2.5 times faster.
