Mania of caution.

I lost control, there was a series of 5 big minuses,

my head refused to work, tried to reverse the situation, but without success. I thought that it's better to leave with a little plus than to continue to catch the minuses, the market held me tightly for one place. The second day is a similar situation, apparently the pendulum swings against me, there are thoughts of cutting profits, lots and trading extremely carefully until the correct understanding of what is happening is returned.
Yesterday I was very frightened, I fell under the influence of the market, and this is a failure. Suddenly I realized that if this condition drags on, it is very easy to slide down to the ludoman and you can safely add yourself to the 95% who lower their money on the game. The former confidence in understanding what was happening and the desire to build up the results was gone, I began to be afraid of the market with its minuses and suddenly realized that my bright future was under threat. Moscow 1941 ... either we them, or they us.
I do not have to count on the help of a psychologist, I'll try to analyze the situation. Firstly, the collapse as such did not happen, just a day could be ended up in zero or with a small plus due to the fact that the nerves were brought to naught. Secondly, every player has the ups and downs that the strong make even stronger, and the weak at the auction do nothing. Thirdly, you can simply work more carefully with a smaller lot, not paying attention to the profit until the confidence comes back. So the next day I was maniacally cautious, so out of 40 races in only two received a minus, with one technical accident. To my surprise, I made a normal profit and once again convinced that the main thing is calmness. Tomorrow is the last day before the holiday and fixing the battle.
I was afraid that in September all knowledgeable would return to the trade and was somewhat nervous, but the problem was waiting for me completely on the other side. I go into the market and see that a few horses are traded at a factor of less than 2. I joyfully poured a Euro choke and only then realized that I was in the Market Place. I was not even upset, of course it was an expensive technical mistake, not a system failure, but only a paid lesson for the future. Then he traded with his soul, so he interrupted the superminus and even made a plus on the outcome of the day.
I looked at the statistics, worked 60 days in the summer, traded on 2 thousand markets and made about 20 thousand bets. The profitability is one third of the maximum tasks that were set when the blog was opened. In simple terms, there is much to develop and there are ways to solve problems.
