There's so much to tell and so much to show, but just not enough time. The magnum opus of my second trip around the globe, was a 14 day cruise from Barcelona, Spain to Tampa, USA. I will have to fill you in later with images and maybe video clips... just in case you're interested.
I do think I need to look outside of this community for "true followers." We are all on stage here. Someone's got to be the audience and I need to find mine.
If I didn't want my BBC journals up here for posterity, I would post even less often.

Sunday funday? Up early and already moving through yoga poses - poorly. Moon salutation will be a good series to practice for leg flexibility and balance.
Felt a bit headachy at wake-up. Maybe the temperature change? It was chilly last night. I'm anticipating soreness from yesterday's workout and adventure. Upper-upper can always benefit from stretching, opening and loosening.
I tried some crane but the balance wasn't there. Maybe I'll have another go at it.
Casual exercising this morning will be the call. I should also make my plan of the day. It might be mainly creativity and beach.
Morning cals... more like my class 200 jax in 2 sets of 100 & some mountain climbers. Shadow box a kick. Slo-mo abs and twists plank leg lifts and moon salutation.. sort of..
Got the social media done. Had the paleo breakfast and lunch. Need to go fill the wallet. Been cleaning out the pictures archive. Now that I'm finally using my camera, fairly well, I'm kind of regretting not using it more in Asia. But oh well... next year I'll prep better.
Still got the dull ache in the head... but no rounds today, haven't really been out... so maybe that will change in the next thirty minutes when i get off "work."
At 1900 I'm just cluing in that the time changed, despite watching the sun set an hour early, as I had quite a big chicken dinner at a place that wasn't Bikini Beach Bar.
My new friend and kindred spirit, Zarah is leaving tomorrow. I'm already missing her. Great spirit. Like-minded. We'll be traveling opposite sides if the world at the same time... next month.

I might work out a little... now that I've "discovered" an extra hour. (I feel fat after Sunday dinner.)
I do look Asian.
I successfully resisted exercising tonight. Opting instead to watch more Next Generation. Almost thirty years later I'm still moved by moments, but also see the lack of imagination in the plots.

Up before the sun. Time adjustment has got body clock adjusted. My eyes opened at 05:40-something and out of bed before 07:00. Might as well start the exercises. Moon salutation and neck openers. But now I have to take my comp to the wifi and see what I can't see on my phone.
Everything is early. Even this first round. It was strong.
More later. One more pull session on the beach, I suppose.
Got the pull ups in. Just some random pulls and had to make room for some kids also.
More movement before bed. Another moon salutation. Better, but still far out. More practice. I can do this almost anywhere.

It's travel Tuesday and I'm slow to wake up. Workout soreness and mild headache... I'm guessing why, but I really don't know. Upper back is sore from pull ups... good. Adapt!
Round one. Good.
I'm a little less anxious about moving today. I will miss Benidorm. I might return, but late in the season. I don't think I want to be here in the midst of the crowds.

I'm actually looking forward to the coach ride to Valencia and being back there and having wifi in my room. I think there will be a full moon while I'm there. I can take my actual camera around and gather some serious images for my collection. I can hit the laundry and prep for the cruise home.
Maybe I can push the slo-mo ladders to a five day schedule. That would be tomorrow.
Made the move successfully from Benidorm to Valencia. Right rear oblique is a bit sore. Less twisting for a while. But maybe it's the way I picked up the bag and not the twists.
My Irish butter was lost or forgotten. Got to pick up more supplies; eggs... butter. As fat as I'm going.. perhaps an avocado.
I have much work to catch up on. This is a stop over and not a holiday. Helps that it's cloudy out.
Round three. No meal today. Trail mix etc. Still eating though and not feeling hungry.
Back to work.
I'm sore. Spend all that time organizing my blogs and then Steemit screws up. The body is sore also. The summer is over. I may need to wear a coat to the beach.
Came back to my favourite grimy diner. I am remembered. I probably shouldn't eat here, but maybe I will.
