Am supposed to be strong, am supposed to be independent,relatively self reliant, I am a conquerer.

This is what we tell ourself when we go through difficulties alone When we refused to share our challenges to loved ones and want to be strong all by ourselves the result is limitless,it makes you stronger🎀 determined,🎀focused,and adapt.🏆

But please add this to the list "it kills a person slowly"😭😭 "great milestones or result that may have been achieved by continuing with loved one will perhaps become a personal burden and the victims begins to retrogress health and emotional wise....... Can can happen to this person nagatively is endless.......

Going out with relatives, loved ones often help relieve emotional stress,however it is not the ideal solution to depressed or gult or pain.

Trouble must be shared, reason together and find a common ground for disparities in opinion, but the most important fact is that the decision is your to take

It is imperative also for a bereaved, a heartbroken person not to dwell do much in his sorrows as often times these challenges engulfed their victims and trunk them to the shadows of their former self.
