As an individual who is trying to pave his/her own path in life, the toughest thing to resist is external influence.

If you look closely, you'll notice that a lot of people make important life decisions based on influence from their parents, peer groups, social norms and authoritative figures, etc

There is a secret "war" for your mind and controlling your behaviour.

Each group wants you to conform to their norms, practices, and belief system.

They use a set of stories or beliefs about a particular person, institution, or situation.

Everybody believes that their way to live IS the only way you should live. You see kids at an early age who are told what to study in school, what job to do, and even what to think about other ethnic groups.

So, what do we do?

Well, it only takes a spiral notebook, a pen, and isolated alone time on your own to decide how YOU really want to live your life - not parents, teachers, or a spiritual leader.

Unless you write it down, it will never manifest.

Take it seriously. I'm going to repeat it: Unless you write down what you want for your life, you're putting in jeopardy the likelihood that it will happen.

You're giving others the right to decide what will be your life and you'll think that it's your decision.

Have an amazing day!
