Self reflection

What's the best possible version of myself if not what I am, for what I am is what I know exists.

And, is imagining the possibility of alter-selves a slow, but progressive lost of the one we actually have?

How do we know who we are if we are constantly comparing 'what could be' and 'what we want it to be' with what it is.

Then again, what is self if not a compound of impositions.

What, who, how were we when we were nothing?

I really loved your article❤ if I can help with at least one new reader then mission accomplished!

Nice post, Bárbara! You have pretty philosophical thoughts! I like that :)

I think we often get lost in what could be and that a lot of people just spend a lot of time wondering or leaving in fantasies...Wasting their time.

Uhhh you mean #MeAlways??😂
But wondering is fun sometimes, necessary. The important part I think is not to leave that 'wondering place' wishing to have stayed.

You put it so well, I love that:

The important part I think is not to leave that 'wondering place' wishing to have stayed.

But I think many people do. You're right, it's great to be able to imagine other lives, but it's now always beneficial. Especially when you start liking the vision more than your life.

Yesss, exactly!
