Toxic people are just everywhere. If you really dont want their words/actions to hurt you, there is only one thing to do. Just see them as temptation sent to test your maturity, your longsuffering and patience.

They think upside down and reason from the opposite direction like demons!

Toxic people are in church, family, everywhere. When you finish praying and maybe full of hope, they come to point out why your faith cannot work! They see the negative salient points in everything and push you back into the pit of depression!

My advice is that if you cannot avoid them, see them as tools to test how far you have matured enduring contradictions.
