True story
After washing the jar, it seems like a good choice to put the leftover spaghetti sauce in it.
The next morning, my husband makes toast and put what he thinks is jelly on his toast. Like he says, “it was in the morning and it looked like the real thing at first.”
Turns out it was leftover spaghetti sauce.

Pizza has to be one of my favorite leftovers and soup gets better with age.
You’ll see some leftover Japanese food on the bottom shelf from when we ate out.

As the days go by, the pizza becomes much more delicious than when it is freshly made. My common leftovers could be said to be spaghetti and especially the beans, several times we put them in ice cream pots that we find there, then one forgets and takes a surprise in the fridge.

Being a Brit I do like be left over curry. I always buy enough for two meals and portion up and freeze what is left over. It seems to get better with age and tastes better second sitting.
