Hello everyone on Steemit ! Today, I'm going to explore with you why we crave so much for recognition from others and how we can learn to free ourselves from it. I hope this reading will be beneficial to you and help you better understand and appreciate yourselves.

We all, to varying degrees, seek recognition. Whether from our boss, parents, spouse, or friends, we constantly hope that someone will tell us that what we're doing is good, that we are loved. This expectation is understandable but can become a source of great suffering.

In reality, waiting for someone to recognize and love us is often a futile expectation. Imagine waiting in front of a closed store without knowing when it will open. It's a waste of time and a cause of frustration. Moreover, it is not the responsibility of others to love or recognize us. We all come from the same source, a light, and we ourselves are love. Therefore, it is illogical to expect someone else, who is also a light, to recognize our own light.

Even if, by chance, someone does recognize us, it can create long-term dependency. We risk becoming addicted to this recognition, always seeking external validation to know where we stand. We are not recognition sinkholes. We are whole beings, but we have forgotten this truth.

When we realize that it is up to ourselves to give ourselves love and recognition, we begin to understand that those who do not recognize us are actually fulfilling their mission brilliantly. They remind us that it is up to us to seek this recognition and love within ourselves. By stopping blaming others, we free ourselves from this expectation and remember who we truly are.

By loving and fully recognizing ourselves, we free ourselves from expectations and also help others to free themselves. We no longer need this external recognition. Simply by being ourselves and loving others, we recognize their worth without needing words.

Remember, you are the best person to recognize and love yourself just as you are. Thank you for reading! Have a wonderful day and see you soon.
