Sort of like in Sixth Sense, where the kid says that dead people don’t always know they’re dead... it had felt like I’d been moving through that city for a couple years, dead to everyone I’d known there before, invisible to the majority of people who I passed, and dimensions away from the active life I’d lived there years earlier.

Well my friend. As you know, I always comes here trying to drop a, somewhat cryptic, but even so, also a meaningful comment to lead you to think deeper for a little while.

Walking around that empty apartment, once again, I felt like a ghost.

Therefore, all I have to tell you this time is the following:

Never allow that it be you the toughest member of the "Ancient Roman Senate" with yourself.
There are always hidden memories sown everywhere you passed by. And certainly, also momentous traces all over around where you dared to set steps in.

Perhaps we tend to carry on about our business, unaware of the sides of ourselves that have died - walking around like ghosts, failing to bring our full awareness into the present moment because we’ve spent too much energy trying to keep alive parts of ourselves whose chapters were over long ago...

We are, perpetually, dying and being reborn -- our bodies are burial grounds.
Or, if you prefer, haunted houses. Sometimes, these spirits/old selves return unbidden, depending on the hold that they still have on us.

Liberation might seem like a hairline away from depression, in the sense of having outlived ourselves. But instead of mourning, or longing for who we once were, we feel unburdened to become nobody or everybody. _/|\_
