It seems that many of your very insightful tips consist of different ways of yielding to the subconscious and thus, fostering creativity.
The perfectionism is part of another process - we realize art is also communication and with communication comes responsibility. We need to be polite to our reader and not make them guess and have to fill in the blanks and make the connections. Sometimes we put the cart before the horse and get hung up on the editing, revising and polishing part instead of allowing our creative side to fully express, before trying to shape and refine it.
Do you know when writing a story there is one way that unpacks the whole thing and gets into the tone of voice? You only discover that by waiting - it's almost mystical, but I think it comes down to yielding, whatever form that takes
