You can write with me. I have two spots open in my online course through the Elizabeth Ayres Center for Creative Writing. Let me tell you a bit more about it.
"Writing through Trauma to Truth" was originally designed by Stacia M. Fleegal, now Director of the Center. The class is customized per student for one-on-one online interaction in a write-and-respond format. It runs for five weeks and all five are dedicated to exploring expressive writing as a technique for traumatic release and recovery.

I love that I have been invited to teach this course because I have been teaching trauma writing on my own for several years. Also, because Stacia originally taught this course and it is her baby.

Writing through trauma is expressive writing with the intent of release of recovery. It is a cornerstone of my wellness, and I have enjoyed every opportunity to teach to others as a self-care technique.

Shawna this sounds amazing! What level of writer does one need to be? I don't really have any writing experience..

I have worked with writers of every level for expressive writing. You don't need to have writing experience to gain from this class. :) I'd love to work with you!
