Perhaps some of us have been pondering and asking, what would happen if we stopped drinking, not drinking water, juice, tea, or other soft drinks. Experts make sure, bad things will happen. How not, 60 percent of our bodies are water and must be replenished.

Basically water serves to transport all the essential nutrients and hormones throughout the body. Water also serves as a joint cushion, regulates the temperature inside the body, and lubricates our eyeballs. Quoted from Science Alert, Saturday (30/06/2018), about 1.5 liters of water lost due to urination and sweating every day. The thirst center in the brain located in the hypothalamus will communicate with the blood vessels to find out how hydrated we are. When the hydration level falls below the ideal, the brain will immediately tell the body to immediately drink something. Then, what happens if we are reluctant to do it? In the AsapSCIENCE video explanation below, brain size will shrink and make us feel dizzy, even more painful.

Research also craves, thirsty brains will be less efficient and need more oxygen to perform tasks. The impact, we will be nauseous, confused, and dizzy. No one says that drinking is not good for the body.
