နဂါးေမာက္သီး၏ အစြမ္း (Dragon Fruit) လွ်ားေစာင္း လက္ပတ္ အႏြယ္၀င္ နားဂါးေမာက္သီး ပင္ဟာ ေတာင္အေမရိက တိုက္နဲ႕ မကၠစီကို ေဒသတို႔မွာ စတင္ ေတြ႔ရွိခဲ႔ၾကျပီး ယခုအခါမွာေတာ႔ အာရွႏိုင္ငံမ်ား ျဖစ္တဲ႔ ထိုင္း၊ ဗီယက္နမ္၊ ဖိလစ္ပိုင္တို႔မွာ စီးပြားျဖစ္ ေျမာက္ျမားစြာ စိုက္ပ်ိဳး လာၾကျပီ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ မွာေတာ့ နဂါးေမာက္သီးဟာ ေခတ္စားလာတာ မၾကာေသးဘူးလို႔ ဆိုရပါမယ္။ကင္ဆာ ျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္ေသာ ဓာတ္တိုး ပစၥည္း ကို ေလ်ာ႕ခ် ေပးႏိုင္ေသာေၾကာင္႔ ကင္ဆာကို ကာကြယ္ေပးျခင္း၊ ကိုလက္ စထေရာကို ေလွ်ာ့ခ်ေပးႏိုင္ျခင္း၊ အသားအေရကို ေခ်ာမြတ္ စိုေျပေစျခင္း၊ အစာစားခ်င္ စိတ္ကို တိုးပြားေစျခင္း၊ အစာေျခဖ်က္ျခင္းကို အားေပးျခင္း၊ အဆီ မ်ားကို ေျခဖ်က္ျခင္း၊ သြားႏွင္႔ အရိုးမ်ားကို ခိုင္မာေစျခင္း၊ မွတ္ဥာဏ္အားႏွင္႔ မ်က္လံုး အားေကာင္းေစျခင္း၊ ဒဏ္ရာမ်ားကို သက္သာ ေပ်ာက္ကင္းေစျခင္း စတဲ႔ ေကာင္းက်ဳိးမ်ားစြာ ေပးႏိုင္တဲ႔ အသီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
နလံထ လူမမာမ်ား အတြက္ အထူးသင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာ အသီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။အရည္ရႊမ္းျပီး အနည္းငယ္ခ်ိဳတဲ႔ အရသာ ရွိပါတယ္။ အနက္ေရာင္ အေစ႔ေလးေပါင္း ေျမာက္ျမားစြာ ပါ၀င္ျပီး နဂါးေမာက္သီး အမွည္႔ အခြံဟာ အမ်ားအားျဖင္႔ နီရဲတဲ႔ အေရာင္အဆင္း ရွိျပီး အ၀ါေရာင္လည္း ရွိတတ္ပါတယ္။
