I have officially set aside Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays for strictly writing. I have several novels/stories at least halfway done, and I'd really like to start finishing them up, and getting them properly edited.
I'm going to start publishing books very soon! I've experimented with many self-publishing options, and I think I know where I'm going. I just need to get an audience that enjoys reading the stuff I write. I mostly write fiction, on the mystery and fantasy end of the spectrum.
My current projects include:
Endfall: A two-part series set in an alternate universe. A teenager named Milo, living in a strict, government-controlled town, is sentenced to death. His sentence comes just days after meeting a strange girl who can read minds, and a rigged election upends everything about his world. Milo and his unexpected new friend uncover a plot that might mean more than just a corrupt government, but a corrupt universe design.
Untitled "Merlot Chronicles": A series of undetermined length. Two orphan children discover an unknown creature in the forest near their home that leads them into the adventure of a lifetime - an adventure into many new worlds.
Adventures in the Light and Dark: A novel. When Theo ran away from home, he was seeking out adventure. After a series of reckless decisions, he awakens on a junkyard island that technically shouldn't exist. His new friends call it The Phaser Reach: and there he faces a disconnected society, metaphysical clouts, a maniacal radio host, enchanting neons, gold-hungry gangs, and the all-terrifying Shadow Man. Theo's adventure takes him farther from home than he's ever been before, and clawing at the line between good and evil.
I'll certainly be sharing clips and updates on these projects as I go! Trying to focus on Adventures in the Light and Dark first, since it's just going to be one book and it's largely put together already. Check out the links below to follow me elsewhere.
Awesome storylines!
