My morning starts like this. I usually wake up at 630 am and lay in bed with my cell and watch a video about nonduality. Sometimes its Tony Parsons or Mooji, or Rupert Spira. Most often I will hear a new way of seeing the world, then take the day and explore what I have heard.

Put it to Practice.
Today Rupert Spira said something amazing on one of his recent videos titled Time is Actually Never Experienced.
[
" the way the world appears does not change , but the way you experience the world changes"
I have had so many moments where the mind collapses. The only way to describe it is like an open home appears. Everything is still in place. Cars and trees and sky are all still there but with the space between them and through them vibrating in an aliveness.
This is where BEAUTY comes from .
It similar to looking at something, then seeing it. Often nature photos and art will give us this effect. They offer beauty, we look at them first then we see them and respond as Beautiful. The beautiful is the seeing of the boundless presences appearing as all. We have broken through the mind, collapsed it and seen through to the canvas of the paintings of life.

So the question is then how? How to see the beauty in life all the time. How to collapse the mind to always see Truth and Beauty.
Practice seeing, learn what the immense Beauty is? Learn to re-cognize it. Once it is seen then it will appear within everything as it is everything. But you must practice the seeing.
Ask "What is here?" Feel the answer.
To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour. - William Blake
Love Mooji!
For me, the question "how to look and see beauty and truth" was transformed some time ago into the question "how to remember that beauty and truth are everywhere".
Truth and beauty are always and everywhere. But I forget to notice it.

it takes practice, like an artist visiting a town, there will be moments of just walking and letting the mind wonder and other moments of focusing on Stillness. Then there are the moments when a flower just stops you.
